Seeking to employ the expertise and potentials of businessmen to support and develop their community - Providing consultancy and support to businessmen and professionals across all sectors in the fields of trade, industry and services - Providing a link to connect businessmen with promising business opportunities around the world - Improving the business environment and proposing ways to update the working processes through the preparation of studies and statistics. - Establishing an effective mechanism for the members to promote their business and to communicate between each other, to help facilitate commercial and social interaction. This shall be done by organizing various meetings, seminars, exhibitions, and workshops. - Cooperating and partnering with local and international associations and institutions that complement IRADA’s goals and objectives. IRADA offers the following programs: 1. TAFAWWAK Program: This program assists financially disadvantaged university students in pursuing their academic goals and/or directs them to suitable universities that align with their aspirations. 2. IRADA - Al Aataa': It provides medication to individuals facing chronic diseases and experiencing financial issues. Additionally, it facilitates the donation of surplus medications that have not expired, based on availability. 3. KHOUBOURAT HR Program: This program supports the community by promoting youth employment and offering job opportunities. It also plays a role in developing an effective system for recruiting and training employees from various fields and creating a comprehensive database. 4. Ithraa Program: This is a financial support program for micro-entrepreneurs. 5. Beneficiary Regions: These programs serve communities across all regions of Lebanon. Furthermore, it's worth noting that IRADA initiated multiple campaigns four years ago in response to community needs. Some of these campaigns lasted for 3 to 6 months, and one of them, the "Taalam" program, is still ongoing.
